Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship pieces will ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise notified (such as if I am away on vacation). I will try to ship pieces out as soon as possible!

Domestic shipping within the US is $5 for standard shipping and $15 for express shipping. Standard shipping on orders over $150 is free.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based off of carrier rates. Duties
and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional fees
will be charged upon delivery.

Gem of a Story is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Gem of a Story is also not responsible for additional duty and import taxes that may be charged by the receiving country.

Refunds policy

As a new small business, Gem of a Story does not offer returns at this time. All sales are final.
